We accept all major credit cards. Purchase orders may be accepted from government agencies and Fortune 1000 companies. Please allow extra time for credit analysis. To order by Purchase order, please enter your order through the shopping cart and then fax the PO to 201-512-1919.
Orders received by 1:00 PM E.S.T. will normally be shipped that day, standard UPS ground with the option to upgrade. Orders received after 1:00 PM E.S.T. will normally be shipped the next business day. Customers can opt for FedEx or DHL by identifying their shipping agent and their shipping account number.
International clients purchasing by credit card need to provide verification by faxing a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card to us at (201) 512-1919, with a printed copy of the order. Thank you. Please respond promptly when we contact you to ensure timely shipment of your order. If you have a FedEx or DHL number, we can bill the shipping charges right to that number.

Microbizonline.com ships only brand new merchandise. It is extremely rare, but should any product be "Dead On Arrival" you must contact us within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. Further, you must identify "DOA" as the reason for your return when requesting your RMA number in order to receive a refund.

Because every returned hardware product must be tested, a minimum 3% fee will be charged per item. Returned non-MicroBiz software products (e.g. Label Works, ICVerify) will only be credited if the license seal has not been broken. (This is consistent with the manufacturer's license agreement.)
Products must be returned in their original packaging. A minimum restocking fee of $30.00 will be deducted from the refund if the merchandise, documentation or packing material has been damaged or is not re-sellable as new.
Products that are "specially ordered" are not returnable. Freight charges are not refundable.
